Colonisation is a whole history of massacres and robbery. The Tervuren Museum alone detains more than 180 000 artifacts in Brussels, all of them taken from the Kingdom of Congo, while between 6 and 12 million people were killed by King Leopold’s colonial troops. Egypt is probably the most famous example of this history of colonial robbery. In the context of Colonisation, France and UK in particular stole thousands of treasures from the pyramids.
