The African Diaspora is made of 350 million people. Some are people whose ancestors were deported from Africa as slaves several centuries ago; others had to leave Africa several years or decades ago as migrants. All of them are People of African Descent. 

The State of the African Diaspora has its Constitution, its Government, its Parliament, its Ambassadors, its ID, its flag, its currency.  It means to reinforce Africa through the Diaspora, and the Diaspora through Africa.
